This is a new (March 2020) website of the Maltese Government, replacing Laws of Malta. It contains all the consolidated chapters of the Laws of Malta, including their subsidiary legislation. The content is consolidated within 5 working days from the date of publication in the Government Gazette. The “Publications” section of this website includes Acts, Legal Notices and Bye-Laws from the Gazette, and provides access to Bills, 1992 onwards via a link to the Parliament website.
