The First-tier Tribunal (Primary Health Lists) hears appeals from providers of primary health care against suspension or removal from health authority lists. Primary Health Lists became a jurisdiction within the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal on 18 January 2010, taking over the role of the former Family Health Services Appeal Authority (FHSAA).
